We’re looking for a talented, proactive Business Adviser to support local organisations with the development of their businesses.
Working within the Northamptonshire Growth Hub, the successful candidate will support local enterprises by understanding their needs and providing them with relevant information, advice and guidance appropriate to the development stage of their business.They will account manage, monitor and track client progress through different elements of support offered through the various European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) projects that we run
Applicants will have a comprehensive and practical understanding of the needs and dynamics of pre-start, new and established SMEs and an in-depth understanding of all the key functions of establishing, managing and operating an enterprise, as well as demonstrable experience of delivery of business support tools and techniques. Experience of delivering European funded projects (ERDF or ESF) would be a definite advantage.
