At UON, our Employer Relations team is committed to supporting the aspirations and progression of our students by bringing together academic expertise, industry connections and a passion for providing the best student experience.  

Based at the award-winning Waterside Campus, the team is dedicated to developing and nurturing relationships with industry partners, generating a network of support for all stakeholders, creating new talent pipelines. 

Our students will graduate from the University of Northampton equipped with the knowledge, experience, skills, and attributes to transfer into a vibrant and exciting industry landscape. Our aim is to uncover the potential for dynamic partnerships to realise long term growth opportunities.
